The Problem -
Which Houston-area consultant is the right one for my family?
The Solution -
The most experienced, qualified consultant for students of all ages - Carolyn Means, MEd, CEP.
Every year I see about
80 families, many for Consultations and some for Guidance Plans. I
place about 50 children of all ages in schools at all grades. Most children apply at entry points and go through the regular admission season, but about
20%
of the families come to me between February and June. The
Schools List
page shows the variety of schools where families find the right fit for their child. Many parents begin with little knowledge of the remarkable menu of schools that Houston offers, including some fine public schools and excellent early childhood programs. Whether you come to me or not, I encourage you to avail yourself of the opportunities during the admission season to meet the welcoming, experienced admission directors at Houston's private schools. Discover the exceptional schools that Houston has to offer, and if you want to apply, but you feel overwhelmed, give me a call. The competition is daunting, but if you apply to
a few right
schools and do not make mistakes in the process, you should have some acceptances in March.
