Easy Access to the Consultant
You can quickly connect with an experienced educational consultant for solutions to your school-related needs. Before making an appointment, parents usually inquire by phone or email to see if SCHOOL SOLUTIONS is the right source for help. There is no charge for this inquiry. All it takes is a brief phone call or email for parents to explain why they are seeking the help of an educational consultant.
Once the parents determine that SCHOOL SOLUTIONS can help them, they are eager to make an appointment. This could be a Consultation or the beginning of a Guidance or Placement Plan. Sometimes, during a Consultation, we are able to determine whether a family will benefit from a Plan or just another hour of service from the Consultant.
SCHOOL SOLUTIONS is centrally located on Westheimer between River Oaks Boulevard and Kirby Drive. When the appointment is confirmed, we send you an email with the gate code and specific directions once inside the gate. The home office environment is relaxing and informal for parents and students.
Carolyn Means tries to be available as soon as families need to meet, so if parents are a bit flexible, an appointment can be made within a few business days.
We see first-time clients Mondays-Fridays. We take our first appointment at 9:00 AM and our last appointment at 4:00 PM.
Saturday appointments are usually reserved for working parents who have signed up for one of the Plans and out-of -own families. We also use this day to work with students during the school year.
We require 24-hour notice to cancel an appointment.
